Rules and Important Information
Media: All work must be entirely original and made by you. No kits, commercially produced molds, etc. All entries will be reviewed for selection.
Entry Fee: Early bird pricing is $40.00/space upon registration. Prices will increase after May 1, 2025. No refunds will be made after acceptance to the show has been granted.
Deadline: Application and entry fee should be received by the end of May or until spaces are full.
Liability: All exhibits are to be shown at the artist’s risk. Artists agree to hold the City of Parchment, its Agents and Employees, the Kindleberger Festival of the Performing Arts and its Volunteers, and the Kindleberger Summer Festival and the Show Directors free from any and all liability.
Artist’s responsibility:
- Artists must provide their own display equipment as well as rain and sun protection.
- All tents must have a fire safety tag along with a minimum 2A-10BC rated fire extinguisher.
- There are restrooms and food booths available nearby.
- Set up will begin at 7:00 a.m. and must be complete and vehicles moved to designated vendor parking areas by 8:30 a.m.
- Each artist must completely clean his or her own space at the close of the show and remove all trash.
- NO SMOKING in vendor space.
Spaces: We will confirm acceptance in our show as soon as possible after receiving completed registration with payment. Spaces will be assigned and notice of the same will be emailed to you by the end of May. Most spaces measure 10 x10 but are estimates.
