The Very UnMerry Adventures of Robin Hood Auditions

AUDITIONS for THE VERY UNMERRY ADVENTURES OF ROBIN HOOD will happen on Monday, May 15, and Tuesday, May 16, 5:30pm – 6:30pm each evening at St. Ambrose Church Social Hall, 1628 E G Ave, Parchment, MI 49004. 

Director Connar Klock is seeking a cast of 10-16 actors, ages 9-17 yrs, and a crew of 2 backstage hands. No previous theatre experience needed.

Play Synopsis: Sherwood Forest is in danger of being destroyed and it’s up to Robin and his band of dimwitted Merry Men to save the day. When the Sheriff challenges them to a contest to determine the forest’s rightful owner, their skills are put to the test. Unfortunately, archery is only the first round. Robin and his men will also have to win a talent show and a beauty pageant. Will this be the end of Sherwood Forest? Most likely.

Auditionees need attend only one day.

Rehearsals for the youth production begin Monday, May 22nd, thereafter Monday through Thursday evenings, 6:30pm- 8:00pm. No rehearsal Monday, May 29 and Tuesday, July 4.

Performance dates:

Wed-Fri, July 12-14 at 5:30
Festival Day, Saturday, July 15, at 3:30
Sunday, July 16 at 3:30
